Please click the Key icon or the "Menu" icon (on the upper right) > Register. There will be a registration popup dialog, where you can copy and paste the registration email and license code.
The license key will be sent to the email address you entered for the purchase shortly. If you do not receive the license key within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your Spam or Promotion E-mail folder just in case it was incorrectly classified as spam or promotion email.
In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us or the bank to check if there might be a slight typo error on the email address registered upon purchase which hindered you from receiving the download/license information.
Please contact our support team with the order ID of the product you have purchased. Or you can directly purchase the correct product you want and then contact our support team with both of the two order IDs, and then we would immediately refund the incorrect one to you. For other refund request, please refer to Refund Policy.
The monthly and annual subscription plans of SameMovie are automatically renewed by default. If you want to cancel the auto-renewal, you can cancel it before the renewal date.
There are two ways to cancel the auto-renewal: cancel SameMovie subscriptions by yourself or contact the support team.
Method 1: Cancel SameMovie subscriptions by yourself: After finishing the order, you will receive an email with the title "Thank you for subscribing XXX". In this email, there is a blue text "view your subscription" at the bottom. Click the link and you can follow the tips to manually disable the auto-renewal.
Method 2: Contact SameMovie support team: You can contact the support team "[email protected]" via email to disable the auto-renewal service.
After the renewal, you will receive a new license. Please tap on the Menu icon of SameMovie program, then click "Register" > "Change Account" and enter the new license to activate the program again.
The license for the Windows version couldn't be applied on macOS and vice versa. Please make sure you are running the right program. Otherwise, please download the latest version from our Download Center.
